These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OrionCast forecasting platform ("Service") operated by OrionCast AB ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Use of the Service

The Service is provided for business forecasting purposes. You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities performed under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Access to certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our fees upon thirty (30) days' notice posted on our website or sent by email.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. This includes prohibitions on reverse engineering, attempting to access the Service without authorization, or using the Service to store or transmit malicious code.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OrionCast AB and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OrionCast AB and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OrionCast AB and its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents, from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
